Os reatores de pr\u00e9-tratamento de alta press\u00e3o e os sistemas de moagem e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o granulom\u00e9trica atuam de forma a apoiar a pesquisa e desenvolvimento na \u00e1rea de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da biomassa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Principais compet\u00eancias e equipamentos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Equipamentos multiprop\u00f3sito para rea\u00e7\u00f5es de cat\u00e1lise qu\u00edmica e de pr\u00e9-tratamento de materiais lignocelul\u00f3sicos envolvendo alta press\u00e3o e temperatura. A infraestrutura apresenta reatores em diferentes escalas (0,25 \u2013 7,5 L) e ligas met\u00e1licas (a\u00e7o inox 316 e hasteloy). A confec\u00e7\u00e3o exclusiva dos reatores permite o fracionamento dos materiais lignocelul\u00f3sicos sob uma ampla faixa de press\u00e3o\/temperatura, solventes e pH.<\/li>\n<li>Infraestrutura completa em sistemas de fracionamento e moagem capazes de atingir distintas faixas granulom\u00e9tricas (0,08 mm a 6mm).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>In\u00edcio de opera\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> em 2010 e 2013 para usu\u00e1rios externos. 2013 (somente sistemas de moinhos) e 2015 para outros sistemas.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_accordion active_tab=&#8221;1&#8243;
