Isto implica em uma compreens\u00e3o completa das propriedades funcionais e da divis\u00e3o estrutural, incluindo itiner\u00e1rios conformacionais das rea\u00e7\u00f5es catal\u00edticas e determinantes estruturais para o modo de clivagem e a especificidade do substrato. O redesenho depende muito da elucida\u00e7\u00e3o mecan\u00edstica que permite estrat\u00e9gias racionais e orientadas para a estrutura.
