O metabolismo microbiano pode ser redesenhado, criando plataformas eficientes para converter a\u00e7\u00facares derivados de biomassa em produtos qu\u00edmicos e biocombust\u00edveis de alto valor agregado, substituindo os derivados petroqu\u00edmicos. Al\u00e9m da descoberta e elucida\u00e7\u00e3o de novos caminhos metab\u00f3licos, engenheirar a toler\u00e2ncia microbiana para enfrentar desafios em processos industriais \u00e9 fundamentalmente essencial para atingir metas industriais relevantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O LNBR integra abordagens interdisciplinares para projetar a pr\u00f3xima gera\u00e7\u00e3o de plataformas microbianas, fazendo interface com o projeto de modelos metab\u00f3licos em escala de genoma, biologia sint\u00e9tica, m\u00e9todos de engenharia gen\u00e9tica e evolutiva, biologia de sistemas e abordagens multi-\u00f4micas. A explora\u00e7\u00e3o de novas rotas metab\u00f3licas permite o redesenho racional da fisiologia microbiana e o desenvolvimento de cepas de alto desempenho, ampliando o portf\u00f3lio de produtos que podem ser obtidos biologicamente. Al\u00e9m disso, a conex\u00e3o com a planta piloto do LNBR permite o escalonamento das plataformas biol\u00f3gicas e o desenvolvimento de um processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o em escala industrial relevante.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_accordion active_tab=&#8221;1&#8243;
