A normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o destes biocombust\u00edveis \u00e9 um dos objetos de estudo do Projeto. Os padr\u00f5es em biocombust\u00edveis avan\u00e7ados considerados s\u00e3o aqueles definidos pela ABNT (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Normas T\u00e9cnicas), ANP (Ag\u00eancia Nacional do Petr\u00f3leo, G\u00e1s Natural e Biocombust\u00edveis), CEN (Comit\u00ea Europeu de Normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o), ASTM (ASTM Internacional), dentre outros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As especifica\u00e7\u00f5es da ASTM e do Minist\u00e9rio da Defesa (MOD) pela Padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o da Defesa do Reino Unido (DStan) s\u00e3o refer\u00eancias mundiais para as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de Querosene de Avia\u00e7\u00e3o, no \u00e2mbito da avia\u00e7\u00e3o civil.\u00a0As Normas da ASTM que abrangem o querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00f3ssil e o querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o alternativo (bioquerosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o) s\u00e3o as seguintes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; ASTM D1655<\/strong> &#8211; Standard Specification for Aviation Turbine Fuels \u2013 cont\u00e9m a especifica\u00e7\u00e3o do querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00f3ssil e de sua mistura com o bioQAV (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.astm.org\/Standards\/D1655.htm\">ASTM D1655 &#8211; 20c, 2020<\/a><\/strong>);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; ASTM D4054<\/strong> &#8211; Standard Practice for Evaluation of New Aviation Turbine Fuels and Fuel Additives \u2013 engloba os testes para aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pela ASTM do novo combust\u00edvel (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.astm.org\/DATABASE.CART\/HISTORICAL\/D4054-20A.htm\">ASTM D4054-20a, 2020<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; ASTM D7566<\/strong> &#8211; Standard Specification for Aviation Turbine Fuel Containing Synthesized Hydrocarbons \u2013 cont\u00e9m a especifica\u00e7\u00e3o do bioquerosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o obtido por meio de cada uma das rotas tecnol\u00f3gicas aprovadas (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.astm.org\/DATABASE.CART\/HISTORICAL\/D7566-20A.htm\">ASTM D7566-20a, 2020<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No Brasil, o biocombust\u00edvel de avia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 regulamentado pela ANP. A Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da ANP vigente \u2013 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atosoficiais.com.br\/anp\/resolucao-n-778-2019-estabelece-as-especificacoes-do-querosene-de-aviacao-querosenes-de-aviacao-alternativos-e-do-querosene-de-aviacao-c-bem-como-as-obrigacoes-quanto-ao-controle-da-qualidade-a-serem-atendidas-pelos-agentes-economicos-que-comercializam-esses-produtos-em-territorio-nacional?origin=instituicao&amp;q=778\/2019\">RANP 778\/2019 (ANP, 2019)<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 para o querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o, os querosenes de avia\u00e7\u00e3o alternativos e o querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o C (cujas defini\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser encontradas, a seguir) estabelece as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es desses combust\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atosoficiais.com.br\/anp\/resolucao-n-778-2019-estabelece-as-especificacoes-do-querosene-de-aviacao-querosenes-de-aviacao-alternativos-e-do-querosene-de-aviacao-c-bem-como-as-obrigacoes-quanto-ao-controle-da-qualidade-a-serem-atendidas-pelos-agentes-economicos-que-comercializam-esses-produtos-em-territorio-nacional?origin=instituicao&amp;q=778\/2019\">RANP 778\/2019<\/a><\/strong>, as defini\u00e7\u00f5es para os tipos de querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o as seguintes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o (QAV-1): combust\u00edvel de origem f\u00f3ssil, denominado internacionalmente JET A-1, destinado exclusivamente ao consumo em turbinas de aeronaves;<\/li>\n<li>querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o alternativo (QAV alternativo): combust\u00edvel derivado de fontes alternativas, como biomassa, gases residuais, res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos, carv\u00e3o e g\u00e1s natural, \u00f3leos e gorduras, a\u00e7\u00facar, etanol e isobutanol, produzido pelos processos que atendam ao estabelecido na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o vigente;<\/li>\n<li>querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o C (QAV-C): combust\u00edvel destinado exclusivamente ao consumo em turbinas de aeronaves, composto de um \u00fanico tipo de QAV alternativo misturado ao QAV-1 nas propor\u00e7\u00f5es definidas na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pela ANP de um querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o alternativo \u00e9 obtida de acordo com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pela ASTM. A ASTM aprova o bioquerosene (a partir dos testes estabelecidos na ASTM D4054) e o inclui na norma ASTM D7566, que cont\u00e9m a especifica\u00e7\u00e3o para o bioquerosene obtido para cada uma das rotas tecnol\u00f3gicas aprovadas. Uma vez conclu\u00edda a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do biocombust\u00edvel na ASTM, a ANP o inclui na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ANP atualizada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qualquer querosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o alternativo deve cumprir os padr\u00f5es de desempenho do combust\u00edvel de avia\u00e7\u00e3o convencional. Desta forma, os biocombust\u00edveis devem ter as propriedades que os caracterizem como \u201cdrop-in\u201d, ou seja, biocombust\u00edveis que podem ser misturados com combust\u00edvel f\u00f3ssil para avia\u00e7\u00e3o, de forma que n\u00e3o seja necess\u00e1ria a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o dos motores atuais das aeronaves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atualmente, est\u00e3o aprovados pela ASTM sete diferentes rotas para o bioquerosene de avia\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo que os dois \u00faltimos foram inclu\u00eddos em Maio de 2020 e ainda n\u00e3o foram atualizados na <strong>RANP 778\/2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/lnbr.cnpem.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Tabela-Rotas-BioQAV-aprovadas-ASTM_FEV_2021.pdf\">(TABELA)<\/a><\/strong>. Uma das rotas aprovadas pela ASTM e pela ANP \u00e9 a S\u00edntese de Fischer-Tropsch, exemplo de uma das rotas tecnol\u00f3gicas avaliadas pelo Projeto BioValue. Como pode ser visto na Tabela, as normas ASTM e a RANP 778\/2019 n\u00e3o permitem o uso de bioquerosene direto nas turbinas das aeronaves. S\u00e3o permitidas misturas do bioquerosene com o QAV f\u00f3ssil em propor\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo a RANP 778\/2019, tanto o <strong>QAV-C <\/strong>quanto o <strong>QAV-1 <\/strong>e o <strong>QAV alternativo <\/strong>utilizados para compor o <strong>QAV-C <\/strong>devem atender \u00e0s especifica\u00e7\u00f5es, referentes a cada produto, estabelecidas nas <strong>Tabelas de Regulamento T\u00e9cnico <\/strong>que a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atosoficiais.com.br\/anp\/resolucao-n-778-2019-estabelece-as-especificacoes-do-querosene-de-aviacao-querosenes-de-aviacao-alternativos-e-do-querosene-de-aviacao-c-bem-como-as-obrigacoes-quanto-ao-controle-da-qualidade-a-serem-atendidas-pelos-agentes-economicos-que-comercializam-esses-produtos-em-territorio-nacional?origin=instituicao&amp;q=778\/2019\">RANP 778\/2019<\/a><\/strong> disponibiliza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o do QAV-C, primeiramente, deve-se certificar o QAV alternativo, seguindo as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas na RANP 778\/2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O passo seguinte \u00e9 a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o do QAV-C que deve atender \u00e0s especifica\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m contidas na RANP 778\/2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Uma atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da RANP 778\/2019 foi publicada na <a href=\"https:\/\/atosoficiais.com.br\/anp\/resolucao-n-828-2020-dispoe-sobre-as-informacoes-constantes-dos-documentos-da-qualidade-e-o-envio-dos-dados-da-qualidade-dos-combustiveis-produzidos-no-territorio-nacional-ou-importados-e-da-outras-providencias?origin=instituicao\"><strong>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N\u00ba 828\/2020<\/strong><\/a> e \u201cdisp\u00f5e sobre as informa\u00e7\u00f5es constantes dos documentos da qualidade e o envio dos dados da qualidade dos combust\u00edveis produzidos no territ\u00f3rio nacional ou importados e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Refer\u00eancias bibliogr\u00e1ficas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ANP (Ag\u00eancia Nacional do Petr\u00f3leo, G\u00e1s Natural e Biocombust\u00edveis) (2019).
