{"id":48016,"date":"2020-12-07T12:31:10","date_gmt":"2020-12-07T12:31:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lnbr.cnpem.br\/?page_id=48016"},"modified":"2021-06-15T11:41:10","modified_gmt":"2021-06-15T11:41:10","slug":"logistica","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lnbr.cnpem.br\/biovalue\/ferramentas\/logistica\/","title":{"rendered":"LNBR | BioValue &#8211; Log\u00edstica"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O papel da log\u00edstica na viabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de biocombust\u00edveis avan\u00e7ados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um estudo log\u00edstico \u00e9 baseado na quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o e na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das op\u00e7\u00f5es (modais, dist\u00e2ncias, etc..), custos de transporte de insumos produzidos, ou potenciais de serem produzidos e de produtos a serem gerados, em um determinado local, de modo a buscar as combina\u00e7\u00f5es de locais de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, transporte e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o mais favor\u00e1veis em termos de custos e de outros indicadores econ\u00f4micos, ambientais e sociais (como consumo de combust\u00edveis f\u00f3sseis, energia prim\u00e1ria incorporada, entre outros). Esta quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o se d\u00e1 com base em dados georreferenciados dos atuais e potenciais sistemas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de insumos e das instala\u00e7\u00f5es industriais de processamento e convers\u00e3o, avaliando e indicando assim as melhores combina\u00e7\u00f5es de locais de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, transporte, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e convers\u00e3o para minimizar custos e maximizar outros ganhos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estudos de log\u00edstica relacionados \u00e0 bioenergia t\u00eam como principal objetivo acelerar o ritmo de desenvolvimento deste setor. Desta forma, busca-se avaliar e promover uma maior efici\u00eancia dos sistemas de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de mat\u00e9ria-prima necess\u00e1ria para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o dos biocombust\u00edveis. Parte deste objetivo \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m elaborar estrat\u00e9gias eficientes e inovadoras para equilibrar os custos e a qualidade da biomassa nos sistemas produtivos. Com base em mapeamentos e trabalhando geralmente em Sistemas de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o Geogr\u00e1fica, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel estimar a quantidade e as dist\u00e2ncias de transporte de biomassa para as instala\u00e7\u00f5es de convers\u00e3o em bioenergia. Os sistemas de transporte s\u00e3o modelados com base na descri\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas atuais baseando-se em informa\u00e7\u00f5es georreferenciadas da ind\u00fastria, de \u00f3rg\u00e3os governamentais e da literatura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de tais informa\u00e7\u00f5es permite determinar as quantidades de biomassa produzidas e identificar os custos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e de transporte da mesma, al\u00e9m da rela\u00e7\u00e3o com o desempenho e a dist\u00e2ncia da unidade de convers\u00e3o. Assim, custos e qualidade da mat\u00e9ria-prima s\u00e3o incorporados para enfrentar os desafios de balancear os mesmos com a quantidade dispon\u00edvel e as dist\u00e2ncias de transporte da biomassa, atentando ainda para a efici\u00eancia de convers\u00e3o das unidades de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o completa dos sistemas log\u00edsticos, no caso do projeto BioValue, visa identificar as op\u00e7\u00f5es log\u00edsticas mais adequadas, com base na combina\u00e7\u00e3o das curvas de custo-fornecimento e de impacto ambiental, considerando estudos de caso representativos para sistemas log\u00edsticos em diferentes regi\u00f5es do Brasil.
