{"id":48165,"date":"2021-02-11T11:55:36","date_gmt":"2021-02-11T11:55:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lnbr.cnpem.br\/?page_id=48165"},"modified":"2021-04-01T12:14:55","modified_gmt":"2021-04-01T12:14:55","slug":"outros-biocombustiveis","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lnbr.cnpem.br\/biovalue\/produtos\/outros-biocombustiveis\/","title":{"rendered":"LNBR | BioValue &#8211; Outros Biocombust\u00edveis"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;3\/4&#8243;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o e normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Biocombust\u00edvel Mar\u00edtimo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentre os biocombust\u00edveis avan\u00e7ados estudados no Projeto BioValue, o estudo te\u00f3rico relacionado \u00e0 obten\u00e7\u00e3o de Bioquerosene Mar\u00edtimo atrav\u00e9s de rotas de estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de bio-\u00f3leo est\u00e1 inclu\u00eddo, sendo o bio-\u00f3leo oriundo da pir\u00f3lise r\u00e1pida das biomassas estudadas no Projeto. A normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o deste biocombust\u00edvel \u00e9 um dos objetos de estudo do Projeto e considera como padr\u00f5es para esta normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o aqueles produzidos pela ABNT (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Normas T\u00e9cnicas), ANP (Ag\u00eancia Nacional do Petr\u00f3leo, G\u00e1s Natural e Biocombust\u00edveis), CEN (Comit\u00ea Europeu de Normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o), ASTM (ASTM Internacional), dentre outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mar\u00edtima Internacional (International Maritime Organization \u2013 IMO) estabeleceu a necessidade da redu\u00e7\u00e3o da quantidade de poluentes do ar emitidos pelos navios, sendo que o limite global de enxofre, atualmente de 3,5% m\/m foi reduzido para 0,50%, a partir de 1 de janeiro de 2020 (IMO, 2020). A ANP adotou a mesma estrat\u00e9gia e estabeleceu a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do limite m\u00e1ximo do teor de enxofre nos combust\u00edveis mar\u00edtimos para as embarca\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o disponham de sistema de limpeza de gases de escape, para 0,50% em massa, publicada na <a href=\"https:\/\/atosoficiais.com.br\/anp\/resolucao-n-789-2019-altera-a-resolucao-anp-no-52-de-29-de-dezembro-de-2010-que-estabelece-as-especificacoes-dos-combustiveis-aquaviarios-reduzindo-o-limite-maximo-do-teor-de-enxofre-nos-combustiveis-maritimos-para-as-embarcacoes-que-nao-dispuserem-de-sistema-de-limpeza-de-gases-de-escape?origin=instituicao&amp;q=789\"><strong>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ANP N\u00ba 789, de 22 de Maio de 2019<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(ANP, 2019).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo publica\u00e7\u00e3o da IEA (International Energy Agency), a maior parte da energia usada no transporte mar\u00edtimo depende fortemente de combust\u00edveis derivados do petr\u00f3leo e \u00e9 intensiva em carbono (IEA, 2020). Os biocombust\u00edveis s\u00e3o a op\u00e7\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel mais promissora para o setor mar\u00edtimo no curto a m\u00e9dio prazo, uma vez que podem ser misturados em parcelas gradualmente maiores como um combust\u00edvel drop-in em \u00f3leo combust\u00edvel pesado ou diesel, o que evita a necessidade de novos navios e sistemas de combust\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O setor de transporte mar\u00edtimo possui padr\u00f5es internacionalmente reconhecidos que definem as caracter\u00edsticas dos \u00f3leos combust\u00edveis e o seu conte\u00fado para que sejam adequados para uso a bordo de navios (Moirangthem, 2016). Esses padr\u00f5es est\u00e3o listados, a seguir:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Padr\u00e3o brit\u00e2nico BS ISO 8216-1:2010.<\/li>\n<li>ISO 8217: 2017 (edi\u00e7\u00e3o atualizada da ISO 8217:2012) para a inclus\u00e3o de hidrocarbonetos de fontes sint\u00e9ticas ou renov\u00e1veis, de composi\u00e7\u00e3o semelhante \u00e0 dos combust\u00edveis destilados de petr\u00f3leo, como a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de misturas de \u00e9ster met\u00edlico de \u00e1cidos graxos\/biodiesel (FAME), quando permitido (ISO, 2017).<\/li>\n<li>ASTM-D975.<\/li>\n<li>Conselho Internacional da Europa sobre Motores de Combust\u00e3o pelo Conseil International des Machines a Combustion (CIMAC).<\/li>\n<li>Especifica\u00e7\u00f5es internas da empresa de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel (por exemplo, Mobil, Shell, Sterling).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No Brasil, a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o atualmente vigente para o combust\u00edvel mar\u00edtimo \u00e9 a <a href=\"https:\/\/atosoficiais.com.br\/anp\/resolucao-n-52-2010?origin=instituicao&amp;q=52\/2010\"><strong>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ANP N\u00ba 52<\/strong><\/a> (RANP 52\/2010), alterada pela <a href=\"https:\/\/atosoficiais.com.br\/anp\/resolucao-n-789-2019-altera-a-resolucao-anp-no-52-de-29-de-dezembro-de-2010-que-estabelece-as-especificacoes-dos-combustiveis-aquaviarios-reduzindo-o-limite-maximo-do-teor-de-enxofre-nos-combustiveis-maritimos-para-as-embarcacoes-que-nao-dispuserem-de-sistema-de-limpeza-de-gases-de-escape?origin=instituicao&amp;q=789\"><strong>Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N\u00ba 789<\/strong><\/a>, em termos da redu\u00e7\u00e3o do limite m\u00e1ximo do teor de enxofre. A RANP 52\/2010 leva em conta a uniformidade de padr\u00f5es de qualidade e classifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos combust\u00edveis aquavi\u00e1rios, em decorr\u00eancia da recente publica\u00e7\u00e3o das normas internacionais ISO 8216 e 8217, mencionadas acima. A RANP 52\/2010 cont\u00e9m tabelas com especifica\u00e7\u00f5es dos \u00f3leos diesel mar\u00edtimos e de \u00f3leos combust\u00edveis mar\u00edtimos. (2016) Alternative Fuels for Marine and Inland Waterways, JRC 100405, Report EUR 27770 EM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o e normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Bio-\u00f3leo para caldeira<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pir\u00f3lise r\u00e1pida de biomassa in natura e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de fra\u00e7\u00f5es intermedi\u00e1rias ricas em energia (bio-\u00f3leos) em unidades descentralizadas \u00e9 considerada no Projeto BioValue, a fim de superar os problemas de escala associados \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola, ao transporte de biomassa e \u00e0s plantas de convers\u00e3o industriais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O bio-\u00f3leo de processos termoqu\u00edmicos, como a pir\u00f3lise r\u00e1pida e a liquefa\u00e7\u00e3o hidrot\u00e9rmica (HTL), ainda n\u00e3o \u00e9 considerado um combust\u00edvel drop-in para o transporte terrestre e a\u00e9reo, onde a presen\u00e7a de oxigenados e a acidez, por exemplo, s\u00e3o propriedades e\/ou caracter\u00edsticas proibitivas. Todavia, verifica-se que para outras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, tais como combust\u00edvel mar\u00edtimo ou em m\u00e1quinas t\u00e9rmicas, misturas de bio-\u00f3leo com o respectivo \u00f3leo regular v\u00eam sendo cada vez mais consideradas. Tanto a ASTM (ASTM Internacional) como o CEN (Comit\u00ea Europeu de Normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o) j\u00e1 publicaram ou est\u00e3o compilando informa\u00e7\u00f5es para produzir padr\u00f5es para produ\u00e7\u00e3o, caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o e uso de bio-\u00f3leos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um primeiro conjunto de especifica\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas ao bio-\u00f3leo de pir\u00f3lise foi aprovado pela ASTM, atrav\u00e9s da Norma ASTM D7544 (ASTM D7544-12, 2017) que especifica o bio-\u00f3leo de pir\u00f3lise, destinado ao uso em caldeiras e fornos industriais. No entanto, a Norma n\u00e3o cobre aquecedores residenciais, motores ou aplica\u00e7\u00f5es mar\u00edtimas n\u00e3o modificadas para lidar com esse tipo de combust\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Norma CEN &#8211; EN 16900:2017 intitulada \u201cBio-\u00f3leos de pir\u00f3lise r\u00e1pida para caldeiras industriais &#8211; Requisitos e m\u00e9todos de ensaio\u201d especifica requisitos e m\u00e9todos de testes para bio-\u00f3leos de pir\u00f3lise r\u00e1pida para uso em caldeira de escala industrial (capacidade t\u00e9rmica maior que 1 MW), mas n\u00e3o para uso dom\u00e9stico (GlobalSpec, 2020).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O trabalho de Oasmaa et al. (2015) apresenta um resumo dos m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos recomendados para bio-\u00f3leos de pir\u00f3lise r\u00e1pida, com base nos padr\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis, ASTM D7544: 2017 e EN16900: 2017 <a href=\"https:\/\/lnbr.cnpem.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Tabela-1-Propriedades-de-Bio-oleos-de-Pirolise-Rapida-e-metodos-de-teste-adequados.pdf\"><strong>(Tabela 1 &#8211; Propriedades de Bio-\u00f3leos de Pir\u00f3lise R\u00e1pida e m\u00e9todos de teste adequados)<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0e ressalta que o foco na padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o do CEN est\u00e1 no uso em caldeira, por sua prontid\u00e3o comercial.
